Administer pension schemes by processing leavers, updating member data, setting up benefits, responding to enquiries, supporting annual scheme events, performing calculations, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong numeracy, attention to detail, organisation, IT proficiency, and collaborative working. Previous pensions administration experience and Defined Benefit scheme knowledge are desirable, while training and guidance are provided.

Supports clients and pension scheme members with complex queries, calculations, data processing, and legislative guidance. Performs peer reviews, checking, reporting, complaint handling, and error resolution while ensuring work complies with scheme rules. Monitors project budgets and income, identifies additional revenue opportunities, supports process improvements, and maintains knowledge of pension developments. The role requires strong defined benefit pension knowledge, analytical and communication skills, accuracy, and familiarity with Excel and Word.

Deliver pension recovery and handover projects, support high-profile resolution initiatives, complete and peer-review complex calculations, analyze data and trends, implement quality controls and system updates, manage escalated client and member activities, meet operational KPIs, and improve service delivery effectiveness.
