Supports client benefits implementation and delivery by resolving participant issues, executing benefits processes, maintaining documentation, creating test plans, monitoring SLA adherence, supporting audits and renewals, and contributing to process improvements. Collaborates with lead analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate service delivery, escalate complex issues, and maintain client satisfaction.

Administers retirement pension benefits, manages daily processing workflows, audits transactions, provides updates to subject matter experts and account managers, supports process improvements, communicates with onshore business partners, and ensures compliance with internal and client policies.

Administer defined benefit pension schemes by handling complex calculations, member and client queries, data processing, peer reviews, and quality checks. The role advises on UK pensions legislation and procedural changes, supports trustees and client relationships, monitors project budgets and income, resolves errors and complaints, improves processes, and identifies additional revenue opportunities. It also coaches junior colleagues and uses management information reporting to track work and delivery.
