Supports UK pension de-risking projects by performing and reviewing defined benefit pension calculations, analyzing member data, conducting audits, and maintaining quality. Coordinates project activity, documentation, billing, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications. The role also identifies delivery risks, resolves data issues and complaints, peer reviews work, and collaborates with clients and offshore teams to ensure accurate project execution.

Serve as the first point of contact for pension scheme members via phone and digital channels. Respond to and resolve enquiries, capture and update member records, log call notes and after-call work, identify and record vulnerable customers, and route requests to appropriate teams promptly.

Coordinate cross-functional data projects (GMP rectification, equalisation, implementation), maintain project plans, timelines and budgets, track progress and risks, support planning and handovers, liaise with stakeholders and data/systems teams, ensure budget/time recording and manage bespoke client requirements to deliver high-quality outcomes.
