Oversee accounting and finance operations, including internal controls, accounts payable, billing, collections, general and cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Manage banking, audits, insurance, credit, and collection relationships. Supervise the Accounting and Finance team, report to executive leadership and the Board, and ensure financial plans align with organizational goals.

Owns post-sales relationships for strategic payments accounts, driving operational success, retention, adoption, customer health, and expansion signals. Coordinates Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams while serving as the customer’s primary internal advocate. Leads executive conversations, QBRs, renewals, and escalations. Requires strong payments-industry knowledge, technical literacy, CRM and customer-success tooling proficiency, and experience managing measurable account outcomes. Travel up to approximately 20% is required.
