Own tax engagements from planning through completion, including preparing and reviewing partnership, S corporation, corporate, and individual returns. Provide tax planning, consulting, compliance, research, and client service, with emphasis on real estate matters, partnership allocations, and multi-state filings. Review workpapers, resolve technical issues, coach junior staff, collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, and leverage automation and AI-enabled tax tools. Build client relationships while supporting engagement quality and progression toward leadership.

Lead post-close M&A financial integration and support consolidated FP&A processes. Build and maintain Excel financial models, perform variance and scenario analysis, prepare leadership reporting, and drive process improvements to standardize reporting across legacy and acquired entities.

Provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services; oversee tax return preparation and filing; develop tax strategies; advise clients; lead and mentor tax professionals; manage departmental workloads, projects, and training; and maintain strong client relationships.
