Conduct full-cycle recruitment across accounting, finance, technology, and engineering disciplines. Source and screen active and passive candidates, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, communicate with clients and candidates, prepare candidate materials, and partner with account managers to develop targeted recruiting strategies. The role requires consultative relationship-building, strong communication, ATS proficiency, and effective sourcing through networking, job boards, data mining, and Boolean search.

Provides administrative and operational support for the Client Accounting Services team by organizing financial documents, assisting with reconciliations, maintaining client folders, printing statements, rolling workpapers, updating metrics and pipelines, supporting projects, and assisting with client onboarding.

Leads and grows Aprio’s national Talent Advisory practice, managing a $3M client portfolio across talent engagement types. Responsibilities include expanding enterprise accounts, signing new clients, driving talent solutions revenue, placing contractors and employees, mentoring sales and recruiting teams, generating cross-segment referrals, and serving as a national talent solutions subject matter expert.
