HubSpot, Front, Asana, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Zoom are used or learned in the role.

Host camera-on calls with prospective creator partners, present the company’s process using Google Slides, answer questions, address concerns, and build trust. Coordinate with the sales team, manage schedules across time zones, maintain organized calendars, communicate partner insights internally, and represent the organization professionally. The role requires fluent English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, reliability, organization, confidence presenting remotely, and the ability to learn new tools and follow established processes.

Design high-fidelity, data-rich inventory and scan-detail experiences for an AI supply chain security platform. Create verdict headers, findings views, evidence panels, and key interface states in Figma; document components for engineering handoff; and collaborate directly with engineers on interaction, information architecture, and implementation trade-offs. The engagement is a remote, part-time contract lasting approximately 6–8 weeks.

Lead a four-week project to launch a production inventory table and artifact-detail experience for an AI security platform. Build frontend-heavy, data-dense workflows with large tables, filtering, paging, and resilient state management. Contribute across TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, REST APIs, and background jobs. Partner with technical and design leadership, review code, and potentially develop deduplication, reporting, and knowledge-graph features.

Lead development of security enforcement integrations that warn or block unsafe AI artifact installations, serve sanitized alternatives, and record audit events. Build reliable event-driven backend systems with queues, webhooks, idempotency, retries, back-pressure, approval flows, dry runs, audit logs, and rollback mechanisms. Integrate third-party security, infrastructure, and identity APIs, with potential future work on fleet-wide revocation controls and security platform integrations.

Lead architecture and development of custom business applications that automate legacy workflows for SMB clients. Translate business processes into scalable CRM, project-management, integration, and operational software using AI-assisted development through Replit. Ensure application security, reliability, infrastructure stability, and performance. Design integrations with legacy systems such as Sage 300, and eventually recruit and mentor a development team while establishing AI-augmented engineering practices.

Conduct a comprehensive UX and product audit, map customer journeys, perform user research and usability testing, and identify opportunities to improve discovery, checkout, conversion, retention, and product-market fit. Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, requirements, and actionable recommendations while collaborating with product, design, technology, marketing, and development teams. Support international expansion, RTL/LTR experiences, UX strategy, and development of a mobile app.
