Leads cross-functional company and IT projects from charter through go-live and closeout. Owns scope, schedules, budgets, risks, decisions, reporting, prioritization, vendor coordination, system integrations, testing, change management, training, and adoption. Coordinates business users, technical teams, offshore developers, and leadership across time zones. Maintains PMO processes, documentation, portfolio visibility, and post-implementation reviews.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and TikTok marketplaces. Responsibilities include keyword research, bid adjustments, budget allocation, performance analysis, testing, competitor monitoring, and campaign reporting. The role also supports marketplace SEO through listing audits and content optimization, while coordinating launches, promotions, inventory planning, forecasting, and performance updates with management.

Coordinates international shipments from export documentation and carrier booking through customs clearance, delivery tracking, claims, returns, and cost reconciliation. Maintains HS codes, origin documents, customs profiles, SDS and labeling compliance for regulated and dangerous goods. Supports Amazon Canada and Australia expansion, including hazmat storage, GST, ABN, AICIS, and import setup. Uses NetSuite and carrier platforms, manages shipping KPIs, prepares reports, and coordinates with customers, brokers, carriers, warehouses, and account managers.
