Coordinate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation while translating complex AI capabilities into compelling messaging for finance buyers, including AP leaders and CFOs.

Own end-to-end product experiences for AI-powered finance workflows, from planning through launch. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, designers, and enterprise clients; create explainable and trustworthy AI interactions; simplify complex tasks; contribute to design systems; mentor designers; conduct user research; and use AI tools for synthesis, prototyping, and product development.

Administer global IT infrastructure across networks, endpoints, servers, cloud accounts, and SaaS applications. Manage onboarding, offboarding, assets, monitoring, incident response, support escalation, security compliance, automation, integrations, disaster recovery, documentation, vendors, and IT metrics. Mentor junior staff and provide Tier 2/3 technical support while maintaining reliable, secure, and scalable systems across distributed offices.
