Manages and grows strategic enterprise accounts, particularly Fortune 500 clients, through relationship development, retention, upselling, cross-selling, contract negotiation, and executive-level advisory. The role requires navigating complex SaaS sales cycles, identifying expansion opportunities, meeting revenue targets, collaborating cross-functionally, and maintaining expertise in finance, payments, accounts payable, and regulatory compliance.

Owns end-to-end implementation of AppZen Expense Audit and Card Audit solutions for global enterprise customers. Manages concurrent projects across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, stakeholders, requirements, configuration, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Collaborates with customers and cross-functional teams, supports multi-country deployments, oversees documentation and UAT, resolves issues, and reports progress to steering committees.

Build and deploy LLM-powered and agentic features for financial document and transaction processing. Develop RAG pipelines, tool integrations, structured outputs, evaluation frameworks, and production ML services. Deploy scalable systems using Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, monitoring, and logging. Collaborate with senior engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver reliable AI products.
