Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Project Management to support launches, campaigns, events, and opportunity progression. Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for technical and business audiences.

Leads platform quality engineering for SaaS and customer-hosted deployments, focusing on performance, scalability, reliability, chaos testing, tenant isolation, upgrade safety, and release readiness. Establishes automation, QAOps, observability-driven validation, and CI/CD quality gates. Analyzes production incidents, tracks quality metrics, influences architecture, and mentors engineers working on distributed systems and resilience. Partners with Platform Engineering, SRE, and Product teams to improve platform stability and drives AI-assisted quality initiatives.

Lead AppViewX's agentic identity security strategy and technical pre-sales: evangelize externally, design/demo flagship AIS environments and POCs, enable and certify global SE teams, advise product roadmap, and drive high-stakes enterprise engagements with CISOs/CTOs and analysts.
