Build Python automation tools, integrations, backend utilities, and REST API solutions for proof-of-concept initiatives. Develop reusable automation frameworks and manage solution environments. Perform functional, integration, API, regression, exploratory, scalability, security, and performance testing as needed. Create validation frameworks, analyze defects, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineering teams.

Review, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, software agreements, privacy agreements, supplier contracts, and tenders. Advise internal stakeholders on commercial terms, taxation, intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity, and information management. Support brand protection and contractual matters involving customers, vendors, financial institutions, and other third parties.

Drive enterprise sales across Canada: full sales cycle ownership from prospecting to close, strategic account planning, pipeline management, cross-functional collaboration, and representing the company at events. Requires travel and meeting quarterly/annual targets.
