The R&D Project Manager will oversee project management across R&D and Product teams, focusing on AI integration, efficiency, and innovation while ensuring stakeholder communication and metrics transparency.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data solutions for large-scale datasets. Optimize SQL Server performance, write complex SQL, troubleshoot data workflows, collaborate with BI/Analytics/Product teams, and deliver end-to-end data initiatives while monitoring and improving database and pipeline performance.

Execute end-to-end manual testing for e-commerce flows (registration, search, cart, checkout, account management). Validate product data, perform gray-box/API testing with Postman, ensure UI/UX responsiveness across devices, write structured test cases, and collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Frontend teams.
