Six-month product fellowship focused on owning live product problems from discovery through execution. Fellows analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and product metrics; identify opportunities; define solutions; collaborate with Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Product; and ship, measure, and iterate on outcomes. High-performing fellows may convert to full-time Associate Product Manager roles after the fellowship.

Owns end-to-end execution of religious services, including scheduling, on-ground coordination, video uploads, billing, invoicing, issue resolution, and temple onboarding across Southern India. Coordinates with temples, pandits, videographers, and regional stakeholders while maintaining service quality and timelines. This execution-focused role requires frequent travel, strong organization, Tamil fluency, independent ownership, and effective communication.

Own end-to-end D2C growth and category for the Sri Mandir store: assortment planning (vertical depth and horizontal expansion), pricing and promotions, festive calendar planning, and demand generation (performance marketing, on-site conversion, CRM) to grow revenue, AOV, repeat purchases and maintain margins.
