Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers to drive retention, adoption, and growth. Lead technical solution design, onboarding, implementation planning, and account roadmaps. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope integrations, run EBRs, analyze customer data, and resolve issues. Mentor other CSMs and influence product improvements through feedback and data-driven use cases.

The Support Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues, collaborating with cross-department teams, managing escalations, and providing feedback for product improvement.

Develop backend features, collaborate with teams, enhance performance of systems, and engage in knowledge sharing through meetups and conferences.
