Own the full commercial lifecycle for enterprise accounts, including prospecting, sales, renewals, negotiations, cross-sells, expansions, and retention. Build strategic account plans, achieve revenue targets, forecast accurately, and develop executive relationships. Provide consultative guidance, monitor customer success metrics, reduce churn, and coordinate with solution architecture, customer success, product, marketing, support, and partnerships teams. Serve as a trusted expert on AppsFlyer, MarTech, AdTech, and the competitive landscape.

The Senior Product Manager will oversee the analytics domain, driving product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with engineering and customer teams, and integrating AI capabilities into the analytics platform.

Provide end-to-end technical support and escalation management for customers, troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborate with R&D and product teams, enrich knowledge base, lead support improvements and internal readiness projects, and act as technical point-of-contact for VIP customers.
