Manage sales commission operations by translating compensation plans into technical payout logic, validating source data and calculations, processing adjustments, reviewing payroll files, and building reports and dashboards. Partner with Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, Finance, and technical teams to ensure accurate, timely payouts. The role also develops AI-augmented economic models, identifies process improvements, and supports commission policy through data-driven insights.

Process commission calculations and payouts, synchronize source data, generate reports, manage account and contract changes, apply compensation adjustments, QA calculations, validate payroll files, and partner with Revenue Operations on cycle-close completeness. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, stakeholder support, and experience with commission processing or sales compensation administration.

Advise SEA stakeholders and managers on HR matters, identify people trends, and implement solutions. Manage performance reviews, terminations, promotions, relocations, talent mapping, compensation and benefits, training needs, employee data, reporting, and statutory compliance. Support APAC employment practices and employee experience while partnering across cultures and time zones.
