Manage sales commission operations by translating compensation plans into technical payout logic, validating source data and calculations, processing adjustments, reviewing payroll files, and building reports and dashboards. Partner with Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, Finance, and technical teams to ensure accurate, timely payouts. The role also develops AI-augmented economic models, identifies process improvements, and supports commission policy through data-driven insights.

Process commission calculations and payouts, synchronize source data, generate reports, manage account and contract changes, apply compensation adjustments, QA calculations, validate payroll files, and partner with Revenue Operations on cycle-close completeness. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, stakeholder support, and experience with commission processing or sales compensation administration.

Manage daily bookkeeping and accounts payable for Israeli financial records, including invoice processing, vendor payments, employee expense reimbursements, bank reconciliations, account tracking, and audit support. The role also coordinates with outsourced international accountants and supports ad hoc finance projects.
