Lead Oracle Cloud Workforce Scheduling implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support. Configure schedule patterns, shifts, scheduling groups, self-scheduling, publishing, absence integration, and Time and Labor processes. Partner with HR, Operations, Payroll, and business stakeholders to optimize workforce utilization and compliance. Support global deployments, UAT, production troubleshooting, quarterly release testing, and complex scheduling scenarios.

Manage complex, global Oracle and technology implementation programs containing multiple sub-projects. Lead cross-functional and distributed teams through requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment while controlling scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks, and stakeholder communications. Develop project plans, manage client and internal teams, turn around troubled projects, support sales pursuits, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires extensive consulting and program management experience, multi-product implementations, executive communication, and travel up to 75%.

Leads Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance consulting engagements, including finance requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, CRP workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, and UAT/go-live support. Advises clients on Oracle best practices, financial process improvements, integrations, and Cloud roadmap adoption. Requires extensive experience across core finance modules and full-cycle implementations, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
