The role involves maintaining and implementing changes in Oracle HCM Cloud, supporting core modules, ensuring compliance, and collaborating on HR solutions.

Design and build full-stack applications using Python (FastAPI) backends and React frontends. Develop and optimize PL/SQL for relational databases, manage Snowflake and MongoDB, containerize with Docker/Kubernetes, deploy and operate on AWS, use Terraform for IaC, implement microservices/event-driven architectures, enforce security and testing practices (TDD), and maintain observability and CI workflows while collaborating with stakeholders.
