Lead Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Finance consulting engagements, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, CRP workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, and UAT, SIT, and go-live support. Advise clients on Oracle best practices, finance process improvements, and cloud adoption. The role requires strong expertise across core finance modules, stakeholder management, implementation delivery, and collaboration with technical teams on reports, integrations, and extensions.

Manage B2B client relationships, drive annual renewals, reduce churn, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Maintain regular client touchpoints, resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and help clients maximize product and service ROI. Manage a portfolio of 30 or more clients while tracking retention, renewal, recurring revenue, and customer success metrics.
