Manage complex, global Oracle technology implementation programs containing multiple sub-projects. Lead cross-functional teams through requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment while controlling scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities include managing client and offshore teams, maintaining project plans, turning around troubled projects, driving continuous improvement, supporting sales opportunities, and coordinating with the PMO. The role is remote with periodic customer-facing work and travel of up to 75%.

Leads Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits implementation workstreams, including requirements gathering, solution design, client workshops, configuration, testing, deployment, UAT, go-live, and production support. Partners with technical and cross-functional teams, manages stakeholders, and supports successful project delivery for global clients.

Create, enhance, and coordinate database schema migrations; conduct code reviews and performance monitoring; and collaborate with junior database administrators on database architectures, coding standards, and quality assurance policies. The role requires travel or relocation to various U.S. client sites for short- and long-term assignments.
