Manage the Parkland office’s daily operations, facilities, vendors, landlord relationships, equipment, supplies, food service, visitors, events, and team culture. Own office budgets, reporting, documentation, and automation initiatives. Coordinate leadership visits and collaborate with international office managers. Maintain high standards through proactive inspections, issue resolution, vendor oversight, and detailed planning. The role is fully onsite and requires strong communication, hospitality judgment, technology comfort, and occasional evening or weekend availability.

Own the profit and growth of casual, ad-monetized evergreen mobile games. Manage roadmaps, releases, LiveOps, monetization, experiments, user acquisition, creative, store optimization, and campaign performance. Write code, query BI data, build automation agents, and make evidence-based kill-or-scale decisions. Ship weekly releases and experiments while documenting results and handling revenue, traffic, policy, and partner issues.

Lead product and engineering for Appodeals mobile games portfolio as a hands-on player-coach: define product strategy, ship PRDs and code, own technical architecture (Unity clients, backends, release pipeline), drive AI-native tooling and automation, maintain metrics-driven experimentation, and grow a lean team of product and engineering contributors.
