Provides hands-on technical guidance, mentorship, and forward-deployed engineering support while advancing AI-enabled delivery, security, reliability, governance, scalability, and operational excellence.

Leads the technical strategy, target architecture, engineering teams, and governance for a global digital platform. Translates ambiguous business needs into scalable, secure, reusable technology solutions; establishes technical standards; guides architecture and investment decisions; applies AI and automation responsibly; and develops engineering talent. Requires extensive hands-on expertise in cloud platforms, APIs, data integration, security, reliability, and enterprise-scale technology delivery, plus strong stakeholder influence and consulting experience.
