Leads multiple NetSuite consulting engagements, overseeing requirements, implementation, testing, integrations, training, troubleshooting, account management, and client relationships. Manages project allocations, team capacity, and billable hours while guiding enterprise architecture and business process improvements. The role also develops consulting teams, supports practice growth, and advises executive stakeholders on scalable technology strategies.

Own reliability and operations for a self-hosted LLM observability platform running on Kubernetes and AWS. Responsibilities include operating ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis, and ingestion workers; implementing monitoring, alerting, and service levels; testing backups and restores; safely upgrading software; maintaining infrastructure as code; automating recurring tasks; and creating runbooks, SOPs, onboarding, and support processes.

Own product requirements, user stories, process maps, backlogs, and prioritization for consulting workstreams. Translate stakeholder needs and strategy into delivery-ready artifacts, contribute to product strategy, customer experience, service design, transformation, and research initiatives, and support continuity through design, development, and QA. Facilitate stakeholder sessions, identify risks and dependencies, support proposals, use AI-assisted tools, and coach junior team members.
