Design, build, and deploy responsive web and cross-platform mobile applications using React/Next.js, React Native, and Flutter. Implement TypeScript-based server-side logic with Node.js/Express, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL schemas, CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and mobile store deployments. Participate in architecture, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead the IT team, oversee IT operations, manage infrastructure and security, drive strategic initiatives, improve service delivery, and mentor staff.

Lead APAC business development to drive net-new revenue for Appnovations digital services. Own deal strategy, pipeline generation, cross-functional solutioning, and C-level negotiations for large-scale AI, data, and cloud implementations. Build partner alliances, manage commercial terms, and hit aggressive growth and margin targets across the region.
