Own paid social creative strategy for Gist, an AppLovin consumer social app. Responsibilities include recruiting and managing creators, briefing authentic platform-native content, developing concepts and scripts, directing edits, producing ad variants, and building creative testing frameworks. Analyze CVR, CPI, CPA, and ROAS to guide creative iterations and acquisition outcomes across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels. Establish a scalable creator network and data-driven creative engine from scratch.
