Work on client engagements conducting company and industry research, interviews, analysis, and strategy development. Manage day-to-day project scheduling, contribute to presentations, support implementation, and participate in sales activities. Work as a management consulting analyst on client engagements: perform analysis, contribute to case teams, support sales activities, travel for project delivery, and take early responsibility. Receive mentorship from junior and senior coaches. Fluency in Chinese and English and a masters degree from a top school required.

Lead and support strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, and supply chain optimization engagements. Analyze spend, supplier performance, costs, and risks; conduct supplier benchmarking, RFx, and negotiations; advise on China manufacturing and localization; develop actionable recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and executive presentations; collaborate with international teams and support business development. Frequent international travel required.

Lead client engagements end-to-end, support sales, manage project teams, conduct research and analysis, collect data onsite, maintain client communication, and deliver final presentations and reports while ensuring quality and follow-on opportunities.
