Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards; partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify information gaps, and deliver data-driven solutions. Administer Power BI workspaces, deploy reports securely, enforce security protocols, perform data transformation and DAX development, and use MS SQL Server for data sourcing and modeling.

Support reserving analysis and actuarial projects across commercial insurance lines. Work on data and reserving processes, automation efforts, and coding/Excel-based solutions. Gain hands-on actuarial experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow professional responsibilities while progressing through actuarial exams.

Lead and manage investment accounting functions, oversee GAAP and statutory reporting, evaluate and deliver internal/external accounting needs, improve processes, ensure internal controls, and support new investment initiatives with business partners.
