Manage a team to capture, organize, and preserve claims-related business processes, legal and regulatory information. Define and implement knowledge management architecture and standards, ensure consistent content presentation, and apply strong research, editing, and communication skills to maintain the KM platform.

Review clinical information for workers' compensation utilization management to determine medical necessity using evidence-based criteria; coordinate care across the continuum; interact with physicians, providers, claimants, and peer reviewers; prepare summaries and template-based letters/forms; use Windows and Office tools to manage records and create PDFs.
