Directs technical accounting for property and casualty insurance operations and investments. Researches and interprets GAAP, statutory accounting, NAIC guidance, reinsurance, and complex insurance accounting matters. Advises senior management on accounting policies, compliance, and investment reporting, with particular emphasis on fixed-income investments and regulatory requirements.

Provides part-time front desk and reception support, including greeting visitors, managing office appearance and supplies, and routing incoming and outgoing mail. Works eight-hour shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Tampa office. Requires a high school diploma or GED and three years of professional administrative experience.

Leads the Program Audit Team conducting monthly and comprehensive audits of internal and third-party insurance programs. Ensures bordereaux data accuracy, adherence to underwriting guidelines, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing and developing auditors, maintaining productivity and audit schedules, updating audit scope and methodology, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external program partners.
