Supports sourcing projects, supplier selection, RFQs, supplier relationship management, onboarding, qualification, pricing and spend analysis, cost reduction, second-source development, and supply continuity. Coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams on NPI and supplier readiness activities. Maintains sourcing records, contracts, and reporting tools while monitoring supplier delivery, quality, and service performance.

Develops, maintains, and improves the corporate Quality Management System under TL9000 and ISO 9001. Supports audits, corrective actions, document control, product certifications, environmental compliance, supplier declarations, ESG and sustainability reporting, RBA assessments, and engineering or production change management. Coordinates with certification bodies, suppliers, customers, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. Requires professional Mandarin and English fluency to bridge English-speaking corporate teams and Mandarin-speaking manufacturing groups.

Develops and sustains efficient manufacturing methods for compound semiconductor laser production. Responsibilities include capacity and cost analysis, dashboard creation, productivity and Lean Manufacturing improvements, material transaction accuracy, MES process development, manufacturing bills of materials and operations, tooling support, documentation, and cross-functional project execution.
