Maintains technical files, updates regulatory procedures, supports product registrations, and ensures compliance with FDA, ISO, European, and international standards. Processes engineering and quality-system documentation, prepares change orders, archives records, and communicates revised procedures across the organization. The role requires strong attention to detail, cross-functional communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Support the Assistant General Counsel with contract review, drafting and negotiating routine agreements, maintaining corporate legal files, compliance research, policy development, employee training, and administrative legal tasks.

Provide broad in-house legal support including drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts; conduct legal research; advise across employment, IP, and international matters; assist litigation management; deliver compliance training; monitor legal developments; and support cross-functional projects under the Assistant General Counsel.

Assist the HR Manager in recruiting, conducting interviews, managing employee inquiries, onboarding, and maintaining HR processes and documentation.

The Design Engineer will design and develop enteral devices, manage projects, create BOMs, and ensure product compliance with manufacturing processes.

The EHS Coordinator develops and manages safety programs, ensures compliance with regulations, delivers training, and oversees incident investigations to promote a strong safety culture.

Support sales reps by setting appointments, compiling leads, delivering in-service training, generating sales reports, and assisting with sales documents and marketing tools. Travel extensively (up to 75%) for tradeshows, conferences, and customer servicing. Maintain product and market knowledge and contribute to sales growth targets.

The role involves designing and developing new enteral feeding devices, managing projects from concept to production, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating with engineering and other departments.
