Manage and grow a regional customer engineering team supporting semiconductor and display equipment. Forecast financial and staffing needs, oversee startups, warranty and service-agreement performance, control inventory and RMA processes, maintain uptime and DSO goals, escalate system downtime, hire/train/coach engineers, promote continuous improvement and quality, and ensure safety and compliance with company standards.

Provide on-site customer support, install and diagnose complex semiconductor equipment, develop and optimize manufacturing processes, design and analyze experiments (DOE), perform statistical data analysis, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on process issues, communicate with stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and occasionally lead small projects.
