Drive supplier improvements using 8D/DMAIC/RCCA, conduct audits and assessments, support NPI readiness, manage cross-functional projects, mentor junior engineers, and deliver performance metrics and corrective action programs.

Manage supplier selection, audits, and performance for new product development. Ensure engineering drawing clarity, support design for manufacturability, resolve quality issues with root-cause analysis, source materials/technologies, and drive cost and lead-time improvements with suppliers.

Design and specify complex subsystems; lead architecture selection and prototyping; perform detailed engineering analysis and testing; support system integration, qualification, troubleshooting, and field support across electrical, mechanical, software and physics disciplines.
