Develop new B2B business opportunities and sell copiers, printers, fax machines, and related software solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting client visits, meeting sales targets, negotiating and closing deals, managing customer relationships, documenting activities in CRM, and partnering with internal teams to deliver tailored technology solutions.

Provides Tier 1 technical support to managed-service clients through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Diagnoses and resolves workstation, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Exchange, networking, server, storage, security-tool, phone, and mobile-device issues. Escalates unresolved problems, documents work, follows support procedures, communicates professionally, and follows up to confirm resolution. This is an onsite Monday–Friday role with a rotating on-call schedule approximately two to three times annually.

Drive new business growth for Managed Print Services and SaaS solutions across Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio. Prospect, assess client print environments, present tailored solutions, negotiate, close sales, and achieve assigned goals. Partner with Account Managers to expand existing accounts, maintain customer relationships, deliver executive presentations, track opportunities in Salesforce, and stay current on print and workflow technologies.
