Develop new B2B business, prospect and close sales of copiers, printers, fax machines, and software solutions. The Account Manager builds client relationships, tailors technology solutions, manages sales activities in the CRM, supports retention and growth, and achieves assigned sales targets. This is an in-office role in Southfield, Michigan, with client on-site visits.

Provides Tier 2 technical support for managed-service clients, including workstation, server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, network, endpoint protection, VoIP, and storage administration. Troubleshoots and escalates issues, maintains documentation, supports customer calls, improves processes, and mentors Tier 1 technicians. This is an onsite Monday-through-Friday role with rotating on-call coverage approximately two to three times annually.

Develop new business and expand the production print portfolio across an assigned territory. Prospect clients, build relationships, assess business needs, recommend technology solutions, deliver demonstrations and training, and support post-sale implementation. Achieve revenue and margin targets, maintain Salesforce pipeline data, execute territory strategies, collaborate with technical teams, and stay current on production print and technology trends.
