Supports development, improvement, and implementation of manufacturing processes for aerospace composite components. Responsibilities include process analysis, Lean improvements, technical documentation, quality issue resolution, tooling evaluations, production support, new product introduction, manufacturing methods, process flows, bills of materials, and labor estimates. Collaborates with engineering, production, quality, procurement, and suppliers while supporting QMS, safety, and customer requirements.

Develops, implements, and improves composite manufacturing processes for aerospace, defense, and commercial components. Responsibilities include new product introduction, tooling and process development, manufacturability evaluation, prototyping, validation, troubleshooting, Lean continuous improvement, root cause analysis, project coordination, technical documentation, and production support. The role also provides technical guidance and mentoring to manufacturing personnel.

Develops and implements manufacturing processes for space-flight composite hardware across fabrication, machining, assembly, tooling, and integration. Creates bills of materials, work instructions, process documentation, schedules, tooling, and shop aids. Provides technical oversight, analyzes defects and root causes, establishes statistical process controls, and leads continuous improvement. Collaborates with program managers, supervisors, technicians, inspectors, customers, and supply chain teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and innovation objectives.
