Teams at Applied Biological Materials

Manages and expands life sciences customer accounts across the U.S. West, develops new business, builds relationships with researchers and procurement contacts, and achieves revenue targets. The role requires territory planning, pipeline and CRM management, solution selling, customer meetings, collaboration with technical and internal teams, market feedback, and regular travel to conferences and customer sites.

Coordinate daily fulfillment and inventory operations, including preparing shipping documentation, picking, verifying, packing, and shipping orders. Handle dry ice, ice pack, and ambient shipments; receive and organize inventory; maintain accurate lot and location records; conduct counts and replenishment; track shipments; and coordinate with the Vancouver logistics team. Follow warehouse safety and shipping procedures while supporting additional logistics activities.

Support the Controller with month‑end and year‑end close, financial statements, tax and SR&ED filings, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, sales and commission reconciliation, Power BI reporting, multi‑entity accounting, and improvement of controls and finance processes.
