Teams at Appliance Distributors Unlimited (ADU)

Manage accounts payable by entering and coding vendor invoices, reconciling statements, resolving discrepancies, communicating with vendors, supporting payment runs and month-end close, and maintaining accurate records. Provide administrative and clerical support to the Accounting and Finance team, including data entry, filing, reporting, expense processing, and process improvement. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, organization, initiative, and dependable follow-through.
