Teams at Applewood Centers

Provide mobile crisis response and stabilization services to youth and families: respond within one hour, de-escalate, assess risk, facilitate hospitalization, complete CANS and safety/MRSS plans, deliver up to six weeks of stabilization and care coordination, document in EMR, and collaborate with the MRSS team under supervision.
