Assist the Plaza Director in day-to-day management and profitability of a travel plaza. Lead associates and managers to meet sales, service, quality, and brand standards; recruit and develop staff; oversee cost control, compliance, customer service, and collaboration with support partners.

Provide friendly customer service, operate POS, prepare and serve food, follow food safety and brand standards, clean and stock workstations, handle cash accurately, upsell products, and perform other assigned duties in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

Lead shifts in a Panera bakery-cafe, ensuring excellent customer service, food safety, cash handling, POS operations, team training, and completion of opening/closing procedures while maintaining brand standards and operational performance.
