Teams at Applegreen

Provides FP&A support for commercial, operations, IT, and facilities teams through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, reporting, and performance insights. Develops site- and brand-level analyses, leadership presentations, capital project investment evaluations, and data validations across ERP and labor systems. Partners with finance and business leaders to identify cost outliers, savings opportunities, and improvement initiatives.

Leads operations for designated food brands across Applegreen travel plazas on the PA Turnpike. Establishes sales goals, drives profitability, ensures brand and food-safety compliance, trains restaurant teams, coaches managers, improves guest experience, supports new restaurant openings, develops leadership pipelines, and executes operational initiatives. The role requires frequent site travel, strong QSR management expertise, and accountability for performance across multiple locations.

Provide high-level executive administrative support to the US President and senior leaders while owning corporate communications: manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, draft executive correspondence and presentations, track project milestones, coordinate events, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
