Manage and oversee EV, solar, and BESS incentive programs: identify opportunities, write and submit applications, ensure compliance, track budgets, maintain incentive databases, coordinate with internal teams and external funding agencies, prepare executive briefings, and manage project delivery and reporting.

Assist the Plaza Director in daily operations and profitability of a highway travel plaza. Lead teams and managers to meet sales, service, brand, food quality and safety standards; recruit and develop staff; ensure compliance with policies and laws; handle customer issues; collaborate with support partners to drive financial and operational performance.

Provide friendly customer service, operate POS, prepare and serve food, follow food safety and brand standards, clean and stock workstations, handle cash accurately, upsell products, and perform other assigned duties in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.
