Investigate backend issues using SQL, DataDog, logs, and APIs while documenting workflows and reproduction steps for developers. The role also supports user enablement and helps establish scalable support processes in a growing startup.

Leads and develops a team of researchers through onboarding, training, performance management, and direct oversight. Ensures client audiences are delivered on time by managing project priorities, understanding the internal technology platform, improving workflows, and reducing operational workload. The role also leads initiatives to streamline research processes and maintain high-quality output while supporting a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Serve as a strategic extension of the Co-CEO, coordinating company-wide priorities, operating cadence, strategic initiatives, annual planning, executive communications, and cross-functional execution. Oversee the Office of the CEO, support leadership effectiveness, resolve blockers, develop scenario-planning materials, and help scale business operations across finance, strategy, and revenue enablement.
