Processes member deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, money orders, and other financial transactions. Balances cash drawers, posts transactions, maintains member records, answers questions, directs members to appropriate departments, and promotes credit union services. Provides friendly, accurate service while handling confidential information, resolving inquiries, completing administrative tasks, and meeting transaction, referral, attendance, and accuracy goals.

Originates commercial real estate, C&I, equipment, term, and line-of-credit loans; grows deposits and cross-sells cash management services. Manages a commercial lending portfolio, develops referral relationships, evaluates creditworthiness and financial risk, prepares underwriting materials, negotiates approved terms, ensures complete loan documentation, monitors past-due accounts, and supports resolution of adversely rated credits. Requires substantial commercial lending experience with small and medium-sized businesses.

Provides member service at multiple credit union branches by processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other account transactions. Answers member questions, handles correspondence, balances cash and checks, follows security and regulatory procedures, and identifies cross-selling opportunities. Requires strong communication, customer service, multitasking, cash-handling, and computer skills. The role is full-time, may require travel among Northern Virginia branches, and operates Monday through Saturday based on business needs.
