Maintains Salesforce CRM data integrity through account grading, contact enrichment, duplicate merging, and hierarchy management. Researches target accounts and buyer contacts, supports prospecting and TAM coverage, builds operational reports, documents processes, and completes ad hoc go-to-market data projects. Collaborates with global Sales Intelligence teams to provide accurate insights that help sales teams identify and engage key buyers.

Leads the global legal and compliance function for a technology business. Responsibilities include negotiating enterprise SaaS and technology agreements, advising on software, intellectual property, AI, privacy, and data protection, overseeing global compliance and governance, supporting employment and workforce matters, managing external counsel, and building scalable legal operations. Partners with executives, Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and People Operations while supporting corporate transactions and responsible technology innovation.

Manage end-to-end billing and collections for strategic accounts, including invoice creation, customer portal submissions, account reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, accounts receivable monitoring, and collections. Collaborate with procurement, accounts payable, account management, sales operations, and customer success teams. The role requires ERP and Excel proficiency, global billing experience, tax and multi-currency knowledge, and a Finance or Accounting degree.
