Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure GCP infrastructure using Terraform and container platforms (GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions). Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines, guide cloud engineering teams, ensure environment stability, security, and performance, and drive automation and operational excellence across Development, QA, and Production.

Lead and scale quality engineering across web and mobile products. Define quality strategy, governance, and AI-powered testing initiatives. Manage and mentor a ~15-person QA organization, drive automation, monitor quality metrics, and collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to mitigate risks and improve release quality.

Design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale Azure tenant platforms using Microsoft CAF. Build and maintain IaC with Terraform and Azure landing zones, optimize CI/CD with Azure DevOps, automate provisioning with scripts (PowerShell/Python/Bash), enforce governance/IAM and policy compliance, monitor performance/security/costs, and provide technical leadership and cross-functional support for cloud transformation.
