Guide customers through onboarding and adoption of AI-powered advertising solutions. Analyze business needs, data, and technical constraints; define requirements, prepare technical specifications, troubleshoot Web and App SDK issues, create documentation, develop internal tools and scripts, analyze data, and communicate feedback to product and development teams. The role acts as a technical liaison among customers, stakeholders, developers, product teams, and project managers.

As an intern, you will help integrate and optimize products for customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and create documentation while ensuring precision in all processes.

Manage strategic EMEA advertising accounts, optimize campaigns against client KPIs, analyze performance data, present insights in QBRs, support MMP and SDK integrations, collaborate with internal teams, and drive upselling and retention.
