Provides confidential, high-level administrative and operational support to the Global SVP and Head of Sales. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating cross-border meetings and travel, handling executive communications in English and Mandarin, preparing agendas and documents, tracking action items, reconciling expenses, and supporting business development initiatives and special projects.

Provides corporate legal counsel and compliance support for global commercial activities. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates sales, vendor, partner, licensing, and marketing contracts, primarily in Japanese. Conducts research and manages product-facing compliance involving privacy, AI, advertising, AdTech, and MarTech regulations, including IAB standards. Coordinates with global colleagues and streamlines legal processes, with contract operations and compliance each comprising approximately half of the role.

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, produce insight-driven reports, collaborate with scientists and engineers to monitor systems, and develop tools that improve analysis efficiency and reporting quality. The internship requires a 6-month commitment for 2–3 days per week and is intended for senior college or graduate students.
