Leads an engineering team developing AI-powered diagnostic and triage platforms for enterprise customer support. Responsibilities include architecting scalable AWS systems, building AI agents with Python and LangChain, managing quarterly releases, mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, shaping technical roadmaps, and partnering with Product, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to improve issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Leads Appian’s global demo readiness function, owning the DemoHub product lifecycle, reusable demo asset library, interactive Storylane experiences, and scalable demo environments. The role manages roadmap prioritization, requirements, release quality, adoption metrics, governance, and AI-assisted demo generation. It also coaches a distributed technical team and partners with Product, Marketing, Enablement, Sales Operations, IT, and field leadership to improve demo quality, sales effectiveness, pipeline velocity, and win rates.

Develop full-stack enterprise software using data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and AI-assisted coding tools. Contribute to architecture, define technical requirements, write automated tests, review code, resolve platform issues, build preventive automation, and collaborate in Agile teams using Git. Requires a computer science or related bachelor’s degree, at least one year of professional software development experience, AI coding assistant experience, and fluency in Java or C#.
