Supports global marketing operations and campaign execution by building and optimizing Pardot campaigns, managing email and landing pages, maintaining CRM data quality, tracking performance, coordinating translations and localization, and collaborating with demand generation, content, design, sales, and external vendors.

Writes, edits, and maintains technical, security, program, and customer deliverables for a DoD Zero Trust access program. Converts engineering materials into system specifications, design documents, manuals, data-flow descriptions, operating procedures, and accreditation documentation. Maintains document repositories, version control, templates, and approval workflows while supporting RMF compliance and tracking deliverables. Requires federal technical writing experience and an active Secret clearance.

Provide Tier 3 enterprise support for AppGate’s ZTNA solution by resolving complex customer issues, troubleshooting deployments and network integrations, analyzing logs, conducting root cause analysis, and testing issues in lab environments. Create technical documentation, present solutions, mentor L2 engineers, collaborate with development and deployment teams, maintain case records, and participate in an on-call rotation.
