Own product positioning, messaging, launches, customer feedback loops, case studies, sales materials, and cross-sell campaigns for an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform. Build the product marketing function from scratch, partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Growth, and leadership, and measure adoption, pipeline, and expansion outcomes. Maintain the company’s internal product knowledge base and serve as the product’s public-facing marketing representative.

Own AI and machine learning capabilities end to end, from research and prototyping through production deployment, monitoring, and iteration. Build LLM-powered features including categorization, summarization, reply generation, semantic search, anomaly detection, and conversational experiences. Develop training, fine-tuning, evaluation, RAG, and inference optimization pipelines using commercial and open-source models. Collaborate with backend, product, and platform teams to deliver secure, efficient, well-tested AI systems.

Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers across Europe and APAC to drive retention and growth. Lead onboarding, act as trusted advisor, analyze metrics and NPS to anticipate risks, collaborate cross-functionally for renewals and expansion, and drive product adoption and customer advocacy.
