Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers across Europe and APAC to drive retention and growth. Lead onboarding, act as trusted advisor, analyze metrics and NPS to anticipate risks, collaborate cross-functionally for renewals and expansion, and drive product adoption and customer advocacy.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems for AppFollow. Implement automation for review tagging and responses, support analytics and insights from ratings/reviews, contribute AI-related features (semantic analysis, summarization), maintain internal and public APIs, collaborate on architecture, interact with legacy services, and support deployments and operations.

Lead end-to-end product quality for APIs and web UI. Design, build, and maintain automated tests (Playwright/pytest), develop AI-agent testing infrastructure, collaborate on CI/CD and deployments, and perform manual testing for complex scenarios.
