Drive end-to-end delivery for GenAI annotation projects: coordinate workstreams, deliver POC/pilot annotation and QA, validate operational assumptions, analyze datasets for improvements, maintain version control and contributor communications, and act as the AI expert contact for clients and internal teams.

Design and build AI-driven automation and internal tooling to replace manual workflows, improve reliability, and scale IT/platform operations. Implement APIs, event-driven services, and CI/CD; apply LLMs for decision support and incident analysis; maintain systems with testing, observability, and on-call participation while collaborating with Security, Compliance, and Platform teams.

Manage automation workflows and deliver operational improvements by enhancing efficiency, developing reporting frameworks, and leading cross-functional teams in GenAI delivery.
