Manages hotel People and Culture operations, including onboarding, benefits, leave and workers’ compensation, compliance audits, policy updates, employee relations, corrective actions, payroll support, and HR documentation. Leads and supports a coordinator while serving as a liaison between employees and management. Requires Spanish proficiency, hospitality HR experience, strong organizational and communication skills, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
