Maintain kitchen and dining cleanliness and organization: wash and sanitize dishes and equipment, manage waste, stock supplies, assist deliveries and basic prep, uphold safety and sanitation standards, train staff, and support food requisitions in a luxury hotel.

Lead and manage the Rooms Division including Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Guest Services. Drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, revenue/yield management, budgeting, staffing, training, SOPs, and cross-department coordination. Serve on executive team, support the GM, handle guest issues and safety, and oversee systems, inventory control, and reporting to meet financial and service targets.
