Implements, configures, and maintains cybersecurity, networking, and cloud technologies for clients. Assesses environments against security frameworks, administers networks, monitors events, investigates suspicious activity, develops SIEM detections, troubleshoots technical issues, documents procedures, and supports client projects. The role collaborates with SOC and other teams while delivering secure solutions and client-facing managed security services.

Owns delivery of a concurrent portfolio of cybersecurity assessments, advisory engagements, incident response work, and managed-service onboardings under a Texas government contract. Responsibilities include program planning, task-order lifecycle management, stakeholder governance, budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, risk management, deliverable acceptance, CJIS compliance, escalation management, and PMO improvement. The role serves as the primary liaison among Apollo, SAIC, DIR, customers, and delivery teams.

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent cybersecurity engagements: manage scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, risks, client communications, and quality. Maintain project plans, RAID logs, time tracking, and records in PSA (Cloud Coach) and SharePoint. Produce status reports, support invoicing/revenue inputs, run kickoffs and stakeholder meetings, and drive continuous PMO process improvements.

Lead end-to-end technical cybersecurity assessments across enterprise, cloud, and public-sector environments. Evaluate technical controls, review configurations and artifacts, map findings to risk and business context, produce prioritized reports, present to stakeholders, mentor junior assessors, and improve assessment methodology and tooling.
