Lead and scale HR across the U.S. and globally: manage benefits and vendor negotiations, multi-state compliance (CA, FL, HI), payroll and HRIS (Paycom), recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, organizational development, policies, training, and employee engagement.

Lead day-to-day operations at the LAX branch overseeing forwarding and warehouse/cold-chain functions. Manage shipment lifecycle, carrier and customs coordination, cold-storage handling, regulatory compliance, and warehouse staffing. Drive process improvements using TMS/WMS, own KPIs (on-time performance, accuracy, throughput), mentor operations teams, and partner with leadership and HR to scale operations while reducing exceptions and improving client satisfaction.

Manage and grow air export customer accounts (focus on perishables). Oversee bookings to departure, negotiate rates with customers and airlines, coordinate operations, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor account performance, and identify growth opportunities while providing customer service and reporting to management.
