Teams at Apollo After School

Direct an after-school program for PK-8 students, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment. Manage daily operations, activities, logistics, attendance, records, and incident reporting. Supervise instructors, coordinate with Apollo leadership, communicate with parents and school personnel, and resolve student-related issues. The role requires active participation indoors and outdoors and follows the 2026-2027 school calendar.

Provide individualized, strengths-based behavioral, emotional, sensory, social, and developmental support to school-age children in an after-school program. Help children manage transitions, peer interactions, activities, communication, and self-regulation using positive behavior support, co-regulation, visual supports, and redirection. Collaborate with educators and leadership, follow individualized accommodation plans, communicate observations, maintain confidentiality, and foster a safe, inclusive environment.

Provide after-school care and enrichment for elementary-aged children. Responsibilities include creating a safe, engaging learning environment; implementing curriculum and lesson plans; managing routines and activities; assisting with homework; ensuring student safety; and fostering student participation through enthusiasm, patience, and effective classroom management.
