Leads full-lifecycle recruiting for cleared and technical government contract roles. Partners with hiring managers and proposal teams on staffing plans, drafts job postings, sources passive candidates, evaluates qualifications against labor categories and PWS/SOW requirements, manages interviews and offers, tracks recruiting metrics, and supports onboarding, contract transitions, and employer branding.

Develops, tests, documents, deploys, and supports software for Air Force nuclear command-and-control systems. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, technical design, coding, automated and performance testing, software quality assurance, peer reviews, system troubleshooting, documentation, and agile team participation. The role is on-site at Offutt AFB and requires extensive DoD experience, U.S. citizenship, and TS/SCI-related eligibility.

Analyzes and prioritizes cybersecurity vulnerabilities based on severity, impact, and exploitability; provides remediation guidance; tracks findings through closure; monitors IAVM deadlines; maintains security baselines and documentation; supports risk analysis, security configurations, technical working groups, and RMF compliance. The role coordinates with engineering and IT teams and requires extensive DoD cybersecurity experience, TS/SCI eligibility, and CISSP or equivalent certification.
