Designs, implements, and validates algorithms for networking, distributed data fusion, resource management, electronic warfare, and command-and-control systems. Applies probability, statistics, control theory, simulation, experimentation, and research techniques to resilient distributed systems operating in contested environments. This is an in-person Arlington, Virginia role requiring real-world experience and U.S. citizenship, with existing or obtainable DoD Top Secret clearance.

Leads development of algorithmically complex software for national security and compositional systems of systems. Responsibilities include designing, optimizing, troubleshooting, integrating, and testing software; reverse engineering subsystems; developing custom tools and infrastructure; supporting demonstrations; documenting solutions; and mentoring junior engineers. Requires strong C++ expertise, security fundamentals, analytical ability, and adaptability. The role is full-time in person in Arlington, Virginia, supporting DoD-related capabilities.

Manages DoD research and development programs from contract execution through operational deployment. Responsibilities include budget, schedule, staffing, deliverables, proposals, risk mitigation, customer coordination, and cross-functional team alignment across multiple classified and unclassified programs. The role supports technical teams, principal investigators, directors, executives, and national security customers while ensuring contract compliance and successful program delivery.
