Supports enterprise risk management and end-to-end systems engineering for an Intelligence Community space customer. Responsibilities include capturing technical risks, issues, and opportunities; developing mitigation plans; maintaining RMF artifacts, risk registers, and systems engineering plans; facilitating technical meetings; presenting risk impacts; and supporting engineering assessments, trade studies, and enterprise risk processes across complex space and ground portfolios.

Develop and operationalize statistical, mathematical, geospatial, and data science models supporting CBP risk management and data-driven operational decisions. Responsibilities include exploratory data analysis, regression modeling, suitability modeling, GIS analysis, and scripting with Python, SQL, and R. The role requires independent analytical work, ArcGIS experience, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance and DHS suitability.

Provides expert technical guidance and architectural recommendations for NRO enterprise network infrastructure. Evaluates network capabilities, designs, technologies, and engineering solutions; recommends modernization and performance improvements; troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues; mentors network engineering teams; supports requirements development; and collaborates with government stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams on mission-critical network environments.
