The Admission Counsellor is responsible for providing academic and career counseling, managing admissions, converting leads, and maintaining student records.

Drive revenue through inbound and outbound remote sales: qualify leads, run demos, negotiate and close deals, maintain CRM pipeline, collaborate with marketing/product, provide post-sale follow-up and upsell.

Conduct inbound and outbound inside sales via phone, email, WhatsApp and virtual demos. Qualify leads, manage pipeline in CRM, deliver presentations, negotiate and close deals, issue proposals/contracts, provide sales forecasts, collaborate with marketing/product/support, and handle post-sale follow-ups for upsell and customer satisfaction.
