Field sales role responsible for acquiring SMB customers through cold calling and daily client visits, pitching hiring products, closing deals, onboarding clients to post their first job, handling objections, and building brand visibility in the market.

Analyze product performance, define and monitor KPIs, design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests, conduct statistical analyses and causal inference, generate actionable insights, inform product launches and roadmaps, present findings to stakeholders, and adopt advanced analytics tools to drive data-informed product decisions.

You will design, build, and operate Apna's data platform, focusing on scalable data pipelines, lakehouse architecture, and data reliability systems for analytics and product intelligence.
