Lead regional aftermarket category strategy for the Americas, driving sourcing, supplier relationship management, cost optimization, spend analysis, and cross-functional projects to improve asset reliability and operational performance.

Monitor and support semi-automated terminal control systems from the Integrated Operations Center. Provide real-time Level 1 troubleshooting for quay cranes, automated gantry cranes, and shuttle carriers; escalate incidents; coordinate with Operations, Asset Management, and IT; document incidents and handovers; ensure SLA compliance and support LEAN improvements.

Lead local communications and marketing for Laldia Container Terminal: develop internal and external communication plans; create, edit and publish content; manage website and social media; ensure brand consistency with global teams; build media, government and community relationships; support events and employee engagement; monitor media coverage and campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations.
