Teams at APM Terminals

Leads delivery of the IT/OT package for a terminal upgrade, covering infrastructure, networking, automation, systems integration, cybersecurity, testing, commissioning, deployment, and handover. Coordinates suppliers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders; manages interfaces, risks, changes, governance, performance reporting, compliance, operational readiness, training, Go-Live, and documentation. Ensures technology systems meet approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, cybersecurity, and operational requirements.

Oversee financial control for a major terminal acquisition, expansion, and transformation project. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, accounting, reporting, governance, capitalisation, invoice and payment review, variance analysis, business cases, and financial risk tracking. The role partners with project teams, accounting, asset delivery, leadership, shareholders, and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with finance policies, IFRS, GAAP, concession agreements, and reporting requirements.

Provide global contract governance, assurance, compliance oversight and portfolio monitoring for BIM capital projects. Promote consistent contract management standards, track claims/variations/risks, produce reporting and dashboards, advise project teams, support dispute management, and drive capability building and continuous improvement across projects.
