Responsible for managing sales strategies and business development to achieve revenue targets, while providing expertise and coaching to less experienced staff.

Manage daily general ledger accounting, month/quarter/year-end close, reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting. Prepare journal entries, depreciation, and asset register updates. Support intercompany, treasury, reporting, audits, and compliance with IFRS/GAAP. Identify process improvements and support ERP and finance transformation initiatives.

Lead contractual and commercial management for a greenfield container terminal project from award through construction, commissioning and handover. Manage FIDIC-based contracts, variations, claims, concession agreement compliance, procurement support, stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution. Provide commercial guidance, maintain contract administration systems, and support governance and concession reporting.
