APM Terminals Benefits Overview

Plans and coordinates static vessel operations and cargo handling activities at a container terminal. Monitors cargo movements, inventory, and documentation; communicates with internal teams, shipping lines, port authorities, and regulators; and supports process improvements, continuous improvement practices, and operational compliance. The role requires flexibility to work shifts and weekends in a fast-paced terminal environment.

Provide field-based HSSE supervision for construction activities within an operating container terminal. Conduct inspections, monitor high-risk work, verify risk assessments, method statements, safety analyses, permits, and regulatory compliance. Support emergency preparedness, incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and environmental monitoring. Coordinate with contractors, project teams, supervision personnel, and terminal operations while implementing Spanish occupational risk prevention requirements, PSS, and CAE processes.

Provides strategic financial leadership across APM Terminals’ West Med portfolio in Spain and Morocco. Responsibilities include financial planning, investment evaluation, CapEx governance, working capital optimization, governance, risk management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and leadership development. The role partners with senior terminal and regional leaders to drive business performance, value creation, and finance transformation across an international, asset-intensive organization.
