APM Terminals Benefits Overview

Provides senior legal counsel for international infrastructure, investment, construction, and terminal development projects across Europe. Advises business and investment teams throughout project lifecycles, supports concessions and joint ventures, negotiates EPC and construction agreements, manages legal and commercial risks, and collaborates with internal stakeholders and external counsel. The role requires expertise in construction law, FIDIC contracts, cross-border transactions, claims, and practical commercial risk management.

Lead the specification, procurement, installation, commissioning, and integration of major equipment for the NTB container terminal transformation project. Coordinate engineering teams, vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders while managing schedules, budgets, quality, safety, compliance, testing, training, and operational handover.

Supports global reliability initiatives through reliability process documentation, equipment failure and maintenance data analysis, asset criticality assessments, maintenance strategy reviews, reporting, technical record organization, and continuous improvement projects. Collaborates with international technical teams and promotes safe, efficient port operations while gaining practical exposure to reliability engineering, asset management, and industrial equipment performance.
