The role requires monitoring site performance, supporting government program obligations, building employer and community partnerships, solving complex challenges, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment.

Supports clients recovering from injury or illness through vocational and psychosocial assessments, counselling, resilience building, and return-to-work planning. The role involves collaborating with clients, employers, and healthcare partners to promote independence, work readiness, and recovery. Consultants manage their own schedules, work in person or virtually, and follow clinical frameworks while completing required background and professional registration checks.

Provides psychological assessments, counselling, therapy, and early-intervention services to children and young people across clinic, home, school, and community settings. Develops individualized therapy programs, monitors progress, prepares clinical reports, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and coordinates referrals. The role requires compliance with professional registration, NDIS, child safety, documentation, and workplace standards, along with ongoing supervision and professional development.
