Teams at APM Group

Provide occupational rehabilitation services to Australian Defence Force members and veterans. Conduct functional capacity, worksite, ergonomic, and activities-of-daily-living assessments; collaborate with injured employees, medical specialists, and treatment providers; and work within multidisciplinary teams across ADF and DVA portfolios. The role requires regular work at local ADF bases, with hybrid office, client-site, and work-from-home arrangements.

Support people with disabilities to prepare for, secure, and maintain sustainable employment. Build participant confidence, address employment barriers, advocate for inclusive hiring and workplace adjustments, and develop partnerships with inclusive employers. The role also involves identifying suitable employment matches, creating tailored solutions, celebrating participant achievements, and connecting stakeholders to support successful placements.
