Senior QA Automation Engineer responsible for building production-grade test automation across web, API, and mobile platforms; defining unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end testing strategies; improving quality metrics and developer testing practices; leveraging AI for test generation and coverage analysis; participating in on-call incident response; and mentoring engineers on quality, testability, and TDD.

Partners with Technology and support leaders on organizational climate, compensation, performance management, talent, employee relations, and workforce planning. Designs career frameworks, leveling, manager development, and organizational structures. Automates People workflows using AI, builds self-service reporting, and improves data-driven HR processes. Requires strong judgment, executive communication, English and Spanish fluency, technical HRBP experience, and expertise in compensation, performance, organizational development, and employee relations.

Lead day-to-day accounting operations and tax compliance under Mexican NIF/MFRS. Manage AP, AR, T&E, month-end close, tax filings with SAT, audits, internal controls, and digitalization of accounting processes. Serve as primary SAT liaison and oversee team deliverables.
