Leads a 4–8-person DevOps squad while remaining 40–60% hands-on with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, cloud cost optimization, and incident response. Owns delivery, quality, on-call, hiring, performance management, coaching, and postmortems. Connects infrastructure work to business OKRs and regulatory requirements, communicates risks and trade-offs, and develops a culture of psychological safety and accountability.

Lead brand creative from concept to final execution: originate campaign concepts and tentpole storytelling, set trend judgment, write clear briefs, steward and evolve the design system, review and ensure visual craft, and direct designers and content creators. Act as final decision-maker on brand voice and visual quality to ensure consistent, on‑brand output across channels.

Lead software quality initiatives for an engineering squad by designing test strategies, building production-grade automation, improving test coverage, tracking quality metrics, and coaching engineers on TDD and testability. Develop unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end testing solutions across web, mobile, and APIs. Use AI to generate tests, detect flaky tests, identify coverage gaps, and accelerate feedback. Write documentation, influence team practices, and own quality improvements end-to-end.
