Assists clients with enrollment and re-enrollment in health plans and public benefits, including Covered California, Medi-Cal, Medicare, MHLA, Ryan White, ADAP, and PrEP-AP. Screens eligibility, completes benefits assessments, maintains electronic health records, follows up on applications, responds to client inquiries, prepares reports, and ensures HIPAA-compliant documentation. Requires bilingual Spanish-English communication and knowledge of healthcare benefits programs.

Provides front-office administration at a health clinic, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, registration, insurance verification, payment collection, patient portal assistance, and responding to inquiries. Maintains confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and OSHA requirements, supports clinic services, and helps orient new staff. Requires strong organization, customer service, computer, communication, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Lead clinical operations at an adult primary care clinic focused on underserved populations. Manage nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, oversee dispensary and vaccine administration, maintain compliance (OSHA, FQHC/HRSA, HIPAA), support audits, optimize workflows and supplies, provide chronic disease management, and coordinate with medical and clinic leadership.
