Lead month-end close, maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, manage fixed assets and leases (ASC 842), prepare patient and pharmacy revenue entries, support audits and Form 990, produce budget-to-actual and regulatory reports, and provide financial analysis and guidance to internal stakeholders.

Greet and assist clients and visitors, manage reception desk and phones, notify staff of arrivals, maintain reception area and supplies, perform data entry, update schedules and communications, de-escalate crises, attend meetings and trainings, and support overall client services.

Coordinate and manage referrals, authorizations, and follow-ups between primary care providers and outside specialists; track imaging, calls, faxes, and consult results; serve as clinic liaison, report to supervisor, participate in quality improvement, and maintain patient records with HIPAA compliance. Bilingual Spanish/English required.
